Baby Hold On is a song by American rock singer Eddie Money and well-known guitarist Jimmy Lyon from the album Eddie Money in 1977. It was released as a single and reached #11 on the Billboard Hot 100. Money was sued by Ray Evans and Jay Livingston for plagiarizing the lyrics of the song "Que Sera, Sera (Whatever Will Be, Will Be)". Money paid the damages in court.

A characteristic chord progression behind the melody is a major chord, followed by the major chord with an augmented 5th, and the major 6th.

2008 — English indie pop group The Ting Tings use chords and drum beat similar to "Baby Hold On" as a starting point in the beginning of their song “Great DJ" on the album We Started Nothing.

The song was featured in the video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories on the fictional radio station Emotion 98.3 in 2006.

The song was performed live by American singer/actress Cher during her Heart of Stone Tour and was typically the second song performed during the show. This version of the song can be seen on the commercial releases of the Tour, although it was cut out of televised version of the concert. The song is also credited simply as "Hold On".
